This page covers how PATCH IT LLC handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for orders placed on printpilotpro.com. All orders are shipped within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Order Processing
Orders placed on printpilotpro.com are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Processing time covers the steps required to verify, pack, and prepare your order for shipment — it does not include delivery time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facility.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via major US carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used is selected based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Delivery time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the shipment is created.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order — there are no hidden fees.
Flat-rate or free standard shipping may be available on eligible orders. Any active free shipping promotions will be displayed clearly at checkout when your order qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- The name of the carrier handling your shipment (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package on the carrier's website
If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of your expected ship date, please contact us at contact@printpilotpro.com with your order number.
Shipping Restrictions
Print Pilot Pro ships only within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We are currently unable to ship to:
- APO/FPO military addresses
- US territories not listed above (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
- International destinations
Orders placed with an unsupported delivery address may be cancelled and a full refund issued to the original payment method.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives visibly damaged, please follow these steps:
- Check with neighbours, building management, or any alternative delivery location the carrier may have used.
- Contact the carrier directly (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to initiate a trace or file a claim.
- Contact us at contact@printpilotpro.com with your order number and a description of the situation.
If your order arrived damaged, please retain all original packaging and take photos of the outer box and damaged contents before disposing of anything. These are required to process a claim.
Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
In the event that an item goes out of stock after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will have the option to:
- Wait for the item to be restocked — we will ship it at no additional charge as soon as it is available.
- Cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
We will not charge you for an item that cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time frame without your explicit agreement.
Delivery Delays
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to factors outside our control, including:
- Severe weather events or natural disasters
- High-volume shipping periods such as holidays and major sales events
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout
- Carrier-side operational factors
PATCH IT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been collected and a tracking number assigned. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
