PATCH IT LLC reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect or mispriced amount. If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders are processed through our secure checkout. By placing an order, you authorize PATCH IT LLC to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All charges are confirmed before final submission. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been successfully processed.

PATCH IT LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized. We may require additional identity verification before processing or dispatching an order. Orders cancelled due to suspected fraud will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. PATCH IT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. Return shipping costs may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. All products sold by PATCH IT LLC are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
